Suzannah Rogers

Suzannah re-joined Birketts in October 2024, having originally held the role of Talent Acquistion Manager for Birketts between 2015 and 2022.

Suzannah has been recruiting in the legal sector since 2006, a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager dedicated to identifying and recruiting top-tier legal and business professionals. Throughout her career, Suzannah has successfully led numerous recruitment campaigns, developed comprehensive talent strategies and creates strong relationships to offer a business partner approach.

Her commitment to diversity and inclusion has been instrumental in creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace. During her previous role at Birketts, Suzannah held a dual role managing Early Careers recruitment and still very much enjoys supporting and inspiring those seeking careers and pathways into law.
