Tracy-Ann recently joined Birketts from a highly respected East Anglian and national firm, bringing with her a wealth of experience to strengthen the nationally recognised Private Wealth Disputes Team, based in Norwich and operating across the UK.

She plays a pivotal role in the Norwich office, working closely with Bernadette Baker to lead a team known not only for its technical excellence but also for its deeply human approach to client care.

Together, they foster a collaborative and supportive environment, ensuring clients feel heard, understood, and expertly guided through often complex and emotionally charged matters.

As a full member of ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists), Tracy-Ann is known for her tenacity and meticulous attention to detail. She leaves no stone unturned in pursuit of the best outcome for her clients. Yet, what truly sets her apart is her ability to deliver proportionate, cost-effective advice while navigating sensitive family dynamics with empathy, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

Recent work highlights

Acting for a litigation friend on behalf of a minor son who had been excluded from the estate of his father and mediating a resolution – subject to courts approval.

Defending an action brought against an estate alleging invalidity of a will due to lack of testamentary capacity.

Successfully removing trustee due to lack of capacity.

Challenging an estate under the Inheritance (Provisions for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 – where an adult daughter had been excluded from inheritance by her father. Successfully mediating the claim and achieving an award from the Estate.
