William is a Solicitor in our corporate and independent healthcare teams, advising businesses across the spectrum, from start-ups and SMEs to large, established companies, on a wide range of corporate matters.

William’s experience includes supporting clients with acquisitions, disposals, and corporate governance issues, ensuring transactions run smoothly and risks are managed effectively. William works closely with operators and providers in social and medical care, acting for both buyers and sellers.
William takes a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to provide clear, practical advice and keep them fully informed throughout every stage of the process. This commitment helps build strong, lasting relationships and fosters a sense of trust.
