Anonymous client
Represented a large multi-licence holder successfully following a wheel loss incident and unsatisfactory DVSA investigation. Birketts immediate intervention, advice and representation allowed for the matter to be concluded at a Preliminary Hearing, and not progress to a Public Inquiry and risk of regulatory action. Birketts were able to work with the client’s fleet team, and Board during the aftermath, investigation root causes to assess areas of concern or improvement. This allowed for evidence to be collated for the Traffic Commissioner’s consideration at the Preliminary Hearing and matter concluded with no regulatory action.
