Birketts’ Viticulture Team provides next level legal advice for the viticulture industry by bringing together lawyers with a wide range of professional and life experience.
The team comprises 14 lawyers and is one of the UK’s only legal teams dedicated to wine production. Our viticulture lawyers operate from Birketts’ offices in the East of England, the South East and London.
The team can assist with managing purchases, leases, tenancies and dispositions of land, vineyards and wineries, commercial contracts and business structures.
