Recovery and Realisation Services for the Construction Sector
Surveys evidence that there exists across the sectors vast sums of money due in particular to contractors (by far the largest example is outstanding retention) and consultants in respect of unpaid professional fees.
To assist in the recovery of these monies, we offer a comprehensive and varied fee structure including:
- services on the basis of standard hourly rates
- pre-agreed damage based agreements (DBAs) (i.e. pursuant to which, in the place of standard hourly rates, we retain a percentage of the sum recovered)
- recovery through the application of the adjudication process (to which either standard hourly rates or DBAs can be agreed)
- the retention by us of interest and compensation payable as a result of the late payment of commercial debts.
