Our lawyers can assist clients in relation to the tax advice aspects of share sales and purchases, advise on the Stamp Duty Land Tax consequences of buying land or property in England and Northern Ireland, or highlight the employment tax issues that may need to be navigated when giving an employee shares.

We assist a range of entrepreneurs, businesses, organisations and individuals in a variety of sectors, including agriculture, property developers and technology companies, whether they have a VAT query, need assistance with reorganising their business, or are looking to raise tax incentivised investment.
