Abi joined our Agriculture and Estates Team in August 2021 as a Chartered Legal Executive and is based in our Norwich office. Abi qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX) in 2020 at a regional firm.
Abi has a wealth of experience in property law and joined the team as a specialist in equestrian property.
Abi deals with a wide range of equestrian property matters such as acquisitions and disposals of equestrian facilities (both commercial and private); leases of equestrian property, acting for both tenants and landlords; equestrian property finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers; livery agreements; and grazing licences.
In addition to Abi’s equestrian property specialism, Abi regularly advises clients on a wide range of general property matters including acquisitions and disposals; overage agreements; commercial leases and tenancies; property finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers; licences; easements and covenants; and complex land registration matters.
Outside of work, Abi loves to spend time with her husband, two sons and yellow Labrador. Abi is a keen equestrian herself and spends an inordinate amount of time (according to her husband!) with her own horse and regularly competes at local competitions across various disciplines.
