Alice Harris

Alice trained with a local firm and qualified in September 2012. She joined Birketts in March 2014 and is based in the Ipswich office.

Alice has a wide range of property experience in commercial, residential and litigation matters. She advises on commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues and advises both landlords and tenants on disputes as well as their obligations.

She has experience in dealing with residential possession claims and the service of the relevant notices. Alice is experienced in dealing with matters relating to rights to light, restrictive covenants, dilapidations, lease renewals and forfeiture.

Alice is a member of the Property Litigation Association.

She has provided training to clients and agents on a variety of topics, such as dilapidations and Assured Shorthold Tenancies.

Alice is recommended and named as a ‘Rising Star’ by Legal 500 [UK 2024].
