Annabelle joined Birketts in Chelmsford in July 2013, specialising in agricultural property, dealing with sales, purchases and management of farms and estates. She advises clients on tenancy issues, preparing farm business tenancies, land registration at the Land registry, re-financing and overage agreements. Annabelle is from a farming family who farm in High Roding Essex.

Annabelle is a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association, she also sits on the Essex Agricultural Society Council and on the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust committee for Essex. As well as this, Annabelle is also a member of the Suffolk Agriculture Association, Country Land Association and Tendring Hundred Farmers Club. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2008.
