Ava Graves

Ava is an Associate in our Private Client Advisory Team, based in our Norwich office. Ava was admitted as a Solicitor in October 2018 and joined Birketts in March 2019.
Ava advises individuals, business owners, landowners and their families on a wide range of matters including wills, succession and tax planning, powers of attorney, the creation, taxation and administration of trusts. Ava often works alongside the trust administration and taxation team to provide a cohesive and seamless service to clients.
Ava is also experienced with estate administration and deals with wide ranging circumstances, including partnership matters, estates with agricultural and business aspects and working with colleagues in our agriculture team to handle the ownership of unregistered land and transfers of property.
Ava has a particular interest in farming families and exploring estate succession opportunities.
Ava is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.
Ava grew up in Norfolk and graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2016 with a first class degree in law. Ava then went on to carry out her Legal Practice Course with BPP in Cambridge alongside her training contract.
