Daniel Fletcher
Daniel joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2023.
Daniel is now in his first seat and is sitting with the Planning Team in our Cambridge office.
Daniel assists the team on a range of environmental, rights of way, planning and highway law matters, including section 106 obligations, planning due diligence, applications for lawful development certificates, compulsory purchase, judicial reviews.
Daniel has prior work experience as a Legal Administrator and in several different customer service roles.
Prior to joining Birketts, Daniel studied Law at the University of Sunderland. He then studied the Legal Practice Course with BPP University. Daniel completed electives in Private Acquisitions, Corporate Finance and Advanced Commercial Litigation.
