Elise Lanteri

Elise is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Team in our Cambridge office. She joined Birketts in October 2023 after completing her training contract at a City law firm.

Elise principally works with a team advising developers, promoters and landowners in relation to strategic land and development projects. These projects often involve the negotiation of landowners’ collaboration agreements, conditional contracts, options, and promotion agreements for residential developments. Elise also undertakes landlord and tenant work.

Before deciding to pursue a career in law, Elise worked as a secondary school English teacher. She subsequently studied law at BPP University and achieved a distinction in both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course.

Elise is a native French speaker.
