Ella Thwaites

Ella joined Birketts in August 2023 as a Paralegal in our Employment Team. She assists the team by reviewing and drafting documents including settlement agreements, preparing bundles for hearing, conducting legal research and has primary responsibility for the teams work undertaken on behalf of a large regulatory body.

Achieving a 2:1 in Law, Ella graduated from the University of East Anglia in July 2023. During her time at University, she studied two employment law modules alongside her other electives which include Competition Law, Intellectual Property Law, Business Law and Crime and Sentencing Law.

Ella is based in our Cambridge office.
