Hannah Davison

Hannah joined Birketts Property department as a Paralegal in January of 2022. Based in the London office, Hannah is part of the Social Housing Team, dealing with a wide variety of their contentious matters, including:
- Defence of housing disrepair claims
- Assistance of possession and forfeiture claims
- Supporting social landlords with Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and access injunctions
- Supporting social landlords in the recovery of rent and service change arrears
In 2019, Hannah graduated from the University of Leeds with a First Class Honours degree in Politics and Sociology. She then completed an LLM (Conversion Course) in Law and Legal Practice at BPP University (Cambridge). Before joining Birketts, Hannah worked in a Barristers’ Chambers as a Paralegal, assisting barristers by carrying out legal research, preparing bundles and transcribing police body worn footage.
Outside of work, Hannah likes to travel and spend time with friends. She is an avid reader and also loves to cook.
