Shaun Savory
Shaun joined Birketts in 2008 after previously working at a leading international law firm in London in a variety of HR roles.
Shaun is the firm’s HR Director and a member of the Partnership Board. He has full responsibility for providing a proactive HR function, including learning and development, working closely with the CEO, Partners and Directors to design and implement HR strategies to meet business objectives.
In particular, under Shaun’s guidance and direction, the HR and Learning and Development teams are responsible for:
- Recruitment and selection
- Leadership development
- Graduate recruitment
- Performance management
- Reward and recognition
- Training and development
Shaun has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD). Shaun is a member of Birketts’ Responsible Business Committee.
Shaun is based at our head office in Ipswich.
