Having trained at Birketts and qualifying as a Solicitor in September 1998, Johanna (Jo) returned in April 2017 as a Legal Director in our Commercial Real Estate Team after working for 18 years in the City.
Jo specialises in mixed use developments and has acted for a number of developers in all aspects of development including site acquisition, forward funding, pre-lets and development agreements with local authorities and Registered Social Landlords (RSLs).
Jo works in our Chelmsford office.
Outside of work, when she is not driving her children around to their various clubs and parties, Johanna enjoys running, swimming and supports Ipswich Town Football Club. She ran the London Marathon in 2017.
