Laura Hector

Laura joined Birketts’ Commercial Real Estate Team in May 2017 from a top-tier London Real Estate firm, having qualified as a Solicitor in October 2014. Laura is now a Partner in our Norwich office.
Laura has experience managing sales, purchases and lettings of commercial property for investors and occupiers, as well as dealing with high-value property finance transactions on behalf of both borrowers and lenders.
Laura has also been involved in complex development projects, and has particular expertise in the retail sector, having advised leading retailers on flag-ship leasehold acquisitions, including negotiating pre-lets for premises at key London developments.
Laura is on maternity leave.
Outside of work, Laura is a keen skier and gym-goer, and enjoys participating in competitive athletic events. Laura also enjoys travelling, theatre and live music, and would describe herself as a foodie – she enjoys cooking, and eating even more so.
