Maddie joined Birketts in June 2016 and is a Senior Paralegal within our Commercial Real Estate Team, based in our Ipswich office.
Maddie undertakes a variety of commercial property work with a particular focus on leasehold transactions, acting for landlords and tenants across the country in connection with commercial lease negotiations, disposals, renewals, assignments and variations. In addition, she has experience in acting for both buyer and seller clients in freehold acquisitions and sales, including auction transactions.
Maddie also assists senior members of the team in larger projects, including development matters.
Maddie is on maternity leave.
Outside of work, Maddie enjoys travelling, running and skiing.
