Mary Casey

Mary qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and joined Birketts in September 2023. She is a Senior Associate in our Private Client Advisory Team. 

Mary has over 14 years of experience in private client matters and advises individuals and their families on all aspects of private client work including wills, succession and tax planning, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and administration of estates.

Mary is experienced in the Administration of Estates having worked in house at Charities specialising in tax efficient estate and trust administration. Mary’s understanding experience within the Charity legacy sector makes her an effective Will drafter, providing a useful insight into the practical application of Wills and the potential tax implications involved.

Mary is based in our Sevenoaks office.
