Pamela Blore

Pamela joined Birketts in 2015 as a Professional Support Lawyer in our Corporate Team. Pamela previously worked for an international law firm as a Senior Corporate Support Lawyer. Her roles included leading on the design and delivery of training for the company commercial practice group across both UK and international offices and acting a key specialist contact in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
Pamela’s role at Birketts is to ensure that the Corporate Team keep up to date with latest developments in corporate law, to develop bespoke training for the team, to develop technical precedents and know how in the corporate and commercial arena and to contribute to firm wide initiatives around knowledge management. She has co-designed a Birketts Certificate of Law programme for newly qualified lawyers up to two years’ PQE. The Certificate of Law is designed to equip lawyers with the key knowledge and skills set to launch their careers at Birketts.
Having qualified as a Solicitor in October 1993, Pamela is able to draw on over 25 years’ combined experience as a corporate Transactional Lawyer and Professional Support Lawyer to ensure that the fee earners continue to deliver high quality, technical and commercial advice
Pamela is based in our Norwich office.
