Rafal Jedrasiak

Rafal joined Birketts in October 2022 as newly qualified Solicitor in the Housebuilder Team.

Rafal has a mixed real estate background, and prior to joining Birketts he used to deal with all aspects of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing when he acted for various parties in the transactions ranging from individual buyers or sellers to small and medium companies. Rafal is also familiar with the New Build conveyancing process when he acted in the past for first time buyers using Help to Buy scheme. During his professional career, Rafal has assisted with bridging finance matters on behalf of lenders, and he has also gained exposure in relation to real estate matters pertaining to Public Law and Healthcare sectors.

As part of the Housebuilder Team, Rafal acts for a number of national housebuilders, regional and SME developers and land promoters. He also assists with drafting site documentation including sale and development agreements as well as overage and option agreements. He deals with development financing, infrastructure and strategic planning with a view to identify and understand potential problems and possible development constraints in order to provide clear advice and solutions to issues faced by the clients.

Rafal is based at our Chelmsford office and works with colleagues in the Planning, Tax and Corporate Teams.
