Ryker Stronge

Ryker joined Birketts in March 2021. She is a Paralegal in our Real Estate Finance Team within our Norwich office.
On a day to day basis, Ryker’s role sees her manage all manner of transactional matters in respect of secured lending. Typical transactions include refinances and purchases of commercial, semi-commercial or buy to let properties. She acts on behalf of both the lender and the borrower and in doing this, some of her day to day tasks include raising enquiries in respect of a transaction on behalf of a client and drafting all necessary transactional documentation.
Prior to joining Birketts, Ryker worked in agriculture and rural land, where she obtained a vast amount of experience in transactional matters in respect of both registered and unregistered land, using HMLR where necessary. Ryker Studied Law at Anglia Ruskin University where she achieved a Second Class Degree with Honours in 2017.
Ryker is a CILEX Associate Paralegal having received her Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice (ACILEX). Ryker is currently studying her Level 6 Diploma to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.
In her spare time Ryker enjoys staying active and playing music. She enjoys playing football and is an avid supporter of Manchester United Football Club. Ryker enjoys playing her guitar and finds that this is a great outlet after a busy day.
