Sheetal joined Birketts in January 2022 from a boutique commercial real estate law firm in London. Sheetal is a graduate from Kings College London qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2008 and is now a Senior Associate in our Commercial Real Estate Team.
Sheetal advises both corporate and individual clients on a range of commercial property matters, including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property as well as landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, licences to assign/underlet/carry out alterations. She also provides property support on real estate finance matters.
Sheetal is based at our Chelmsford office.
In her spare time, Sheetal likes to go for long walks, listening to music and getting fit by running around her two young children!
