Stefan Donnelly

Stefan works within the Family Team in our Norwich office.
He advises on all areas of private family law including divorce, civil partnerships, financial settlement, child arrangements and disputes between unmarried couples. Stefan also has experience in preparing and implementing pre and post nuptial agreements as well as cohabitation and separation agreements.
Stefan is passionate about achieving the best outcome for his clients and trying to reach a resolution without the need for protracted court proceedings. Stefan takes pride in providing pragmatic legal advice in cases where resources are more limited, so that the parties are able to resolve matters in the most cost-effective way.
Stefan is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) – a national group of family lawyers whose aim is to resolve disputes in a conciliatory fashion.
Stefan qualified as a Solicitor in December 2019.
Outside of work Stefan enjoys watching and competing in Motorsport having previously raced in Historic Formula Ford, the Lotus Cup UK and Lotus Cup Europe series. For 2022, Stefan intends to compete in the Britcar Trophy Championship ran by the British Automobile Racing Club. Stefan is also a keen skier and cyclist and enjoys visiting the Alps as and when he can.
