Tijen Clark

Tijen joined Birketts in 2014 and is an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate Team in Ipswich.
Tijen read law at the University of Kent and completed the Legal Practice Course at the London College of Law in 2010 with Distinction. She qualified as a Solicitor in July 2014.
Tijen has experience in dealing with a wide range of property matters acting for landlords, tenants, property developers, investors and private individuals. Tijen also has experience in dealing with transactions in the utilities sector relating to gas, electricity and fibre infrastructure for development sites across the country.
Tijen has carried out volunteer work for Age UK Law Advice Centre, providing free legal advice at a weekly drop in centre locally.

Outside of work, Tijen enjoys reading and is a long standing member of her local book club, she also enjoys travelling and exploring new places in Suffolk.
