Hybrid/Home working

We know that many of our people greatly value the flexibility of how, where and when we work, gaining more time for their families, health and other commitments.

While our offices remain an important place for connection, collaboration and learning, our hybrid working policy empowers individuals and teams to discuss and design their own working week.

Thrive

Our comprehensive THRIVE programme puts an ongoing emphasis on personal wellbeing, physical and mental health.

Through a series of webinars, training events, expert talks and other initiatives we have made significant steps toward becoming a more informed, supportive and open firm with regard to both physical and mental health.

Diversity and inclusion

As we grow, we’ve been increasingly thinking about how to make sure we’re creating and supporting a diverse and inclusive environment for all our colleagues.

To help focus and measure our efforts in Diversity and Inclusion, we have prioritised 5 key work streams and identified associated practical actions and initiatives which we believe will make a real difference.

5 key work streams

  • Gender Diversity
  • Social Mobility
  • Inclusiveness
  • Race and Ethnicity
  • Mental health and Wellbeing

Are you engaged?

Colleague engagement is of paramount importance to us, therefore it is essential we regularly measure this. Partnering with an employee engagement specialist, we annually survey our colleagues — both to understand our current engagement levels and also to provide employees with a tangible opportunity to inform our people policies moving forward.

By measuring our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), we are able to quickly gauge employee advocacy levels. eNPS scores can vary from -100 to +100, with anything over 0 a good score. Our current score of 43 demonstrates class leading levels of engagement.

Social Events

While we work hard in support of clients and each other, we also invest significant time and effort to ensure the workplace is friendly and fun. The firm supports a number of firm-wide and office events throughout the year including a summer ball, Christmas party, quizzes and charity events.
