Birketts advises Gressingham on purchase

Top 100 law firm Birketts has advised Gressingham Smithfield Ltd on the acquisition of JF Edwards (Smithfield) Ltd for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition includes the ongoing business of four units in London’s Smithfield Market, as well as a wholesale butchers shop in Primrose Hill.
Birketts advised on all legal matters and Mark Henry, Partner in Birketts’ Corporate Team, led the transaction supported by Emma Bysouth and various specialists across the firm including Keith Andrews (property).
