Keith joined Birketts in 2011 and is a Partner in our Commercial Real Estate Team.
Keith works with a wide range of clients including landlords, tenants and lenders undertaking acquisitions, disposals, lettings, asset management and funding exercises so has a deep understanding of the whole market.
Keith enjoys establishing long standing relationships with clients and seeks to fully understand their requirements and objectives. He completes deals with the minimum of fuss proactively developing solutions to overcome any challenges that arise.
Keith is based at our Ipswich office.

Exclusively instructed by French head quartered American Vintage on all their English store acquisitions since entering the UK market in 2015.
Undertaking asset management work for a property investment company with a portfolio focussed on Holborn.
Acquiring a strategically important distribution site of over 60 acres around the old Rockingham speedway circuit in Corby on a long term lease for Groupe CAT.
Instructed by an NHS Foundation Trust on various projects including services relocation across multiple sites.
Working with a UK clearing bank on several multi-million pound mixed use portfolio refinancing transactions.
