Birketts advises on the sale of Ridgemount Technologies Limited

Birketts has advised on the sale of Ridgemount Technologies Limited to leading passive network infrastructure provider, Emtelle.
Ridgemount Technologies is a UK based technology business that has expertise in the design and manufacture of fibre optic connectors and sub-systems that serve applications in the telecom, defence, broadcast, and industrial markets around the world.
Emtelle is a global manufacturer of pre-connectorised, blown fibre cabling and ducted network solutions.
Corinne Spencer (Senior Associate, Corporate) led the deal and was assisted by Macauley Alsford (Solicitor, Corporate), Daniel Hales (Associate, Employment) and Robbie Watson (Senior Associate, Corporate Tax).
