Macauley Alsford-White is an Associate in our corporate team in Norwich. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2021.
Macauley has a broad practice, with a particular focus on private M&A, joint ventures, private equity investments (acting on behalf of private equity funds, management teams and portfolio companies), group reorganisations and restructurings. He also advises clients on company law, corporate governance and other general advisory matters.
Macauley is a member of our energy and infrastructure team and private equity team.
