UK Top 50 law firm Birketts has advised the shareholders of 24HR Aquaflow Services Limited on its sale to React SC Holdings Limited, as backed by its parent company React Group plc.
24HR Aquaflow Services is a UK-based drainage and plumbing company which offers a variety of maintenance and reactive callouts in London and the South East. 24HR Aquaflow Services prides itself on its highly trained engineers and accurate tracking system which provides clients with certainty as to estimated times of arrival. 24HR Aquaflow Services’ telephones are operated on a 24/7 basis and emergency callouts are reacted to within four hours of the initial callout.
