Leanna joined Birketts in 2017 and is a Paralegal in the Corporate Team and a key member of the firm’s Independent Healthcare Team.
She is based in our Norwich office and currently studying CILEX.
Leanna enjoys embedding herself in the client’s business to ensure that each objective is achieved while supporting clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, demergers and company reorganisations. These involve her dealing with due diligence and disclosure, drafting documents and working with wider members of the firm.
A strong advocate for community and social impact, Leanna actively participates in the Norwich office’s CSR committee and serves as a Director of Lowestoft Time Bank, a charitable organisation that fosters community connections through the exchange of time for services. Her dedication to the local community is evident in her efforts with Lowestoft Time Bank, where she plays a vital role in promoting inclusivity, collaboration and empowerment among community members.
