Sam is an Associate in our Corporate Team having joined Birketts in September 2019 and qualified as in September 2021 following the completion of his training contract.
During Sam’s training, he sat with the Employment Team, Agricultural Estates Team, and Corporate Team in both the Norwich and Ipswich office.
Sam has had experience in advising on fundraising rounds, assisting in the acquisitions and disposals of companies in multi-million pound deals, fundraising rounds and business angel finance transactions, MBOs and re-organisations and capital markets work. Sam also represents Birketts at the Business Climate Leaders programme, run by Norfolk Chambers of Commerce, in supporting local business on the path to net zero and Anglian Capital Group, assisting start-ups on their journey in the commercial world.
