On Saturday 25 June, 12 Birketts colleagues took part in the Norfolk Pier-to-Pier challenge, raising funds for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices.
The gruelling challenge saw walkers take on a 32-mile coastal route, starting at Cromer pier and arriving at Great Yarmouth Pier.
Braving strong headwinds and miles of soft sand, the Birketts team completed the walk in around 15 hours, collectively racking up 773,869 steps and raising a total of over £2,040 for their efforts.
The 12 Birketts colleagues who completed the challenge were:
