Birketts expands Housebuilder Team to meet demand

Top 100 law firm, Birketts has boosted its specialist Housebuilder Team with the recent recruitment of David Springett and Adele Dean.
David joins as a Legal Director and has a broad range of experience. He regularly acts for both national and regional housebuilders in the context of options, land acquisition and site assembly, land promotion and joint venture projects. He also has experience in the related area of development finance, helping his housebuilder clients to navigate from term sheets to drawdown as quickly and simply as possible.
Adele, who joins as a Senior Associate, also comes with a wealth of experience having specialised in all aspects of land and development work to include, site acquisitions, options, promotion agreements, development finance, site set ups and plot sales for almost 20 years.
Steven Kay, Partner and Head of Birketts’ Housebuilders’ sector team added: “We currently act for five of the top ten national housebuilders, together with a significant number of other national housebuilders and SME developers and we have had to recruit to meet significant growing demand for our services.
