Birketts is pleased to announce the appointment of Phillippa O’Neill as Partner in its dispute resolution team.
Joining from Buckles Solicitors, Phillippa was previously Head of Commercial Dispute Resolution. With more than two decades of experience, she brings further expertise in handling complex disputes across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, energy, infrastructure, and finance.
Phillippa has built a broad practice encompassing shareholder and partnership disputes, warranty and contractual claims, breaches of confidentiality and restrictive covenants, professional negligence, corporate fraud, and reputation management. She is also highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, arbitration, and expert determination.
