Birketts has announced the promotion of Chartered Legal Executive, Sam Froud to its Partnership.
Sam becomes the first Chartered Legal Executive to have joined Birketts’ Partnership of 111 Partners.
Having qualified in 2018, Sam is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives. He joined Birketts’ Commercial Property Team in 2013 and specialises in the niche area of property ownership within a SIPP/SSAS. He acts for both pension firms and other individuals or companies on sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages and all other commercial asset management work and property transactions.
On his progression to Partner, Sam Froud said: “I’m incredibly proud to have been promoted to the Partnership at Birketts. Over the last ten years I have seen the firm go from strength to strength, and I’m looking forward to playing an even greater role in the continued success of Birketts alongside my fellow partners.”
