Sam Froud

Sam joined the Commercial Real Estate Team in August 2013 from a leading personal pensions firm where he spent almost ten years gaining expertise in all aspects of commercial property, in particular in the niche area of property ownership within a SIPP/SSAS. This experience helps in being able to advise pension provider clients, as Sam is acutely aware of the subtleties around holding a property within a pension fund, and the rules and regulations which must be adhered to.
Sam is a Partner in the highly successful SIPPs Team and acts for both pension firms and other individuals/companies on sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages and all other commercial asset management work and property transactions, specialising in the pensions area.
Sam is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives having qualified in 2018.
Sam is based in our Ipswich office.
Outside of work, Sam’s time is mostly spent trying to keep up with his four young children, but when time does allow(!) , he enjoys going to the gym, running (having completed two marathons), swimming and cooking.
