Birketts’ Social Housing Team welcomes three new colleagues

Birketts’ industry-leading Social Housing Team has continued its expansion with the addition of two new colleagues.
Jenny Stevens is a Solicitor for the Social Housing Team. Having worked for one of the leading firms of solicitors in the Thames Valley and also as a Senior Property Lawyer for one of the largest housing associations in the UK, Jenny has extensive experience across a wide range of both general and specialist property matters.
Filip Bodnar joins Birketts as a Solicitor within the Social Housing Team. Previously a member of the Housing Management Team at a leading national law firm, Filip advises social housing landlords on all aspects of housing management, with particular expertise in possession claims, breach of tenancy injunctions, anti-social behaviour injunctions and contempt of court proceedings for breach of injunction or breach of undertaking.
On the expansion of the Social Housing Team, Jonathan Hulley, Partner and Head of Social Housing at Birketts, said: “I am delighted to welcome Kevin, Jenny and Filip to our growing team.
