Stephanie is an Associate in our Property Litigation Team, having qualified in September 2018 after completing her training contract at Birketts. 

Stephanie has significant experience advising private individuals on equitable disputes in the family/ domestic sphere. She has represented parents, adult children, former co-habitees, and couples. She has often been called upon to represent such clients in their applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (‘TOLATA’) and their applications to the Land Registry. She also has a track record of resolving these family/ domestic disputes via discussions and mediation. 

Stephanie also has a broad range of experience in possession cases (both residential and commercial), professional negligence, misrepresentation, and commercial landlord and tenant disputes.

Stephanie is a member of both the Property Litigation Association and Resolution (a national network of family lawyers committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes).

Stephanie is based in our Cambridge office.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2013 with a First in History. She achieved a Distinction on the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP Cambridge. Prior to joining Birketts she worked for one year as a personal injury Paralegal.

Stephanie enjoys hiking, baking, reading, and playing the cello.
