Hannah Brumby

Hannah joined Birketts in August 2021 as a Commercial Property Paralegal in the firm’s specialist Self-Invested Personal Pension Team. She is now a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice, located in the Ipswich office.
Before joining Birketts Hannah worked at a local firm for three years in their commercial property department. In August 2020 Hannah passed a specialist paralegal course with Central Law Training and qualified as a commercial property Paralegal. Here she developed knowledge in all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals, agreements for lease, leases, promotion agreements and development work.
Hannah is also experienced in dealing with post-completion matters for various transactions such as the preparation and submission of Land Transaction Returns, the registration of charges at Companies House and applications to the Land Registry.
Outside of work Hannah enjoys reading, shopping, going to restaurants and spending time with her animals.
