Experience

Lucinda joined our Agriculture and Estates Team in October 2019 as an Associate having qualified in September 2014 at a regional firm. She is based in our Norwich office.

Lucinda advises farmers, landowners, landlords and tenants in a wide range of matters. Lucinda regularly advises clients on property acquisitions and disposals of agricultural land often involving option, overage or pre-emption agreements. She acts for lenders looking to secure their lending and is often involved in large, complex transactions involving charges over property portfolios. Often Lucinda’s work involves support from our Corporate and/or Private Client Advisory Team

Lucinda also advises clients on general estate matters such as licences, easements and covenants and advises landlords and tenants on farm business tenancies and agricultural holdings act tenancies. 

Lucinda specialises in complex first registration work which can involve registering large Estate landholdings or preparing applications to register land and property where title deeds are lost/missing. She also acts for clients looking to claim adverse possession of land.  

Other Information

Lucinda studied law at the University of Ease Anglia then undertook her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Cambridge and she is currently a member of the Agricultural Law Association. 

Outside of work Lucinda enjoys walking, tennis and skiing. She also loves to travel with her family and is currently working through her bucket list of places to travel.
