Abby currently works as a Conveyancing Executive in our Residential Real Estate Team.
Prior to joining Birketts, Abby graduated with a 2:1 in her law degree from the University of Plymouth. She has experience working in various law firms during her degree including working pro bono in a student run Law Clinic.
Abby has also completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law, graduating in 2021. She is also a member of CILEx at the Advance Paralegal level (MCILEX).
Within our Residential Real Estate Team, Abby is responsible for assisting with a variety of matters such as Freehold and Leasehold sales, purchases and re-mortgages including large portfolios and limited company buy-to-lets. Abby is based in our Chelmsford office.
