Alexandra Forman

Alex joined Birketts in May 2022 and is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Residential Development Team.

She is based in our Norwich office in the Plot Sales sub-team and runs her own caseload dealing with open market and affordable housing sales together with Right to Buy transactions.

She joined us having previously spent six years at another law firm, actively involved in new build and plot transactions. She regularly acted for purchasers and lenders from the other side of transactions. During this time, she gained lots of experience in the conveyancing process and in particular for new build transactions including Freehold, Leasehold and mixed venture schemes. Acting on the other side means she brings invaluable experience to the team in what buyers and lenders require. She is used to working towards strict time frames and with high volume transactions for all stages of the transaction from reservation to completion.

Alex qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in the summer of 2022 specialising in Conveyancing and also holds CILEx Level 3 Certificates in Wills and Probate and Personal Injury.
