Amanda Angel
Amanda Angel joined Birketts in 2004 and is a Partner leading our Residential Real Estate Team.
Amanda acts on the full spectrum of residential real estate work for private clients, companies, developers and banks specialising in work involving high value London properties, overseas investors, country estates, portfolio acquisitions and work resulting from settled disputes such as boundary agreements, adverse possession applications and easements. Amanda particularly enjoys and thrives on the client relationship side of her work, placing client service at the centre of all transactions.
Whilst based in our Ipswich office, Amanda travels frequently between all offices in her leadership role.

Acquisition of mixed use block for a local housing authority including 172 residential units at a value of £55m.

Acquisition of £17m London property forming part of a luxury complex including shared hotel facilities.
