Amber joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2019, qualifying into the Private Client Team based in the Cambridge office in September 2021.
Amber is involved with a variety of private client work including the preparation of Wills and lasting powers of attorney, administration of estates, reviewing and the preparation of trust documents and general succession planning. Amber works with individuals and their families in order to provide holistic advice.
Recent work highlights
Amber routinely administers high-net worth estates with complexities including claiming inheritance tax reliefs such as BPR and/or APR and cross-border issues.
Amber is currently working with a member of the international private client team on a cross-border estate (to deal with UK based assets) with a value of approximately £20m.
