Anastasia joined Birketts in October 2021 and was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2018.
She is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Team.
As part of the corporate team Anastasia provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of businesses, general advice to boards regarding compliance with the Companies Act 2006 and investment transactions.
Before joining Birketts, Anastasia trained with a regional law firm and studied Geography at the University of Leeds prior to converting to Law.
Anastasia is on maternity leave.
