Anna is a Solicitor in our Private Wealth Disputes Team based in Ipswich, having trained with the firm and qualified in March 2024.
Anna advises private individuals, executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries in relation to a wide variety of contentious trusts and probate matters, including Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims, will validity claims, and disputes concerning the administration of estates and trusts.
Anna is committed to providing practical advice to clients and resolving issues in a cost-effective manner, including through alternative dispute resolution where appropriate. She also has experience of court proceedings and cases that have proceeded to trial.
In addition to spending six months with the Private Wealth Disputes team during her training contract, Anna has also worked within our Family, Private Client Advisory, Commercial Litigation and Commercial Real Estate teams, gaining valuable experience that she can draw upon when advising clients.
