Anneka Langford-Daley

Anneka is part of our residential real estate team and is based in our Norwich office.

Anneka has over fifteen years’ experience in residential property and advises on a broad spectrum of real estate matters for private clients, companies including overseas entities, and developers. Her practice covers freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build plot acquisitions, shared ownership and Help to Buy transactions, as well as more complex matters such as adverse possession applications, easements and intricate transfers of part. She is known for providing clear, pragmatic advice and guiding clients smoothly through all stages of the conveyancing process.

Outside of her professional work, Anneka is actively involved in charitable fundraising and co-founded a local children’s charity in memory of her first son. She enjoys spending time with her young family and coaching children’s football.
